If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving it. Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or refunding your money as store credit in your account, then helping you find the product you prefer.

If you want return item, please contact the customer service first. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions.

Returns of products that are not defective or damaged incur a 20% processing fee.
All returned items must be in original condition and unused.

Refund will be made within 14 days after receiving acceptable return.
Refund can be made using Store Credit (see Cash Back Wallet) or original payment method (such as credit or debit card or wire transfer). Please note, in case of wire transfer, bank fees will be deducted of refund amount. Please note, orders paid using cryptocurrencies can be refunded only using Store Credit to your Cash Back Wallet.
Accurate shipping information
Please take care in providing your correct shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
In the case of lost shipment, the refund applies, if your item is not received after 45 days.
